About Rebecca
Hi! I’m Rebecca Dillon, a passionate nutrition expert dedicated to helping people transform their health through personalized, evidence-based care. With experience as both a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a family medicine Physician Assistant (PA), I bring a unique blend of clinical insight and nutrition expertise to every patient interaction. My journey into nutrition and medicine began with a deep interest in understanding how food, lifestyle, and health intersect - especially in the management of chronic conditions and preventive care - and I found my purpose supporting individuals in achieving lasting health improvements. My dual training allows me to meet clients where they are. I combine nutritional strategies with practical medical knowledge to help people make meaningful changes that improve their quality of life. I’m passionate about empowering patients with the tools, understanding, and accountability they need to thrive. Let’s make lasting change together.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition care should be personalized, practical, and rooted in compassion—not rigid rules or meal plans you get sick of a month later. My approach starts with truly listening. I want to understand your health history, lifestyle, goals, and what motivates you so we can build a plan that fits your life. With combined medical and dietetics training, I combine clinical insight with nutrition expertise to address the underlying factors impacting your health, while focusing on sustainable habits that support long-term well-being. No quick fixes here! Instead, I strive to provide education, encouragement, and accountability along the way. When you work with me, my goal is to make you feel confident to walk into a grocery store and shop smart, navigate a restaurant with ease, and manage your health with confidence. I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way to make real changes.
Your first session with Rebecca
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll spend time reviewing your health history, nutrition habits, lifestyle, and goals so that I get to know you. Together, we’ll talk through what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to change. This is a collaborative conversation where questions are welcome. There’s no pressure to be perfect or to tackle every problem at once! By the end of the session, you can expect: a clear understanding of how nutrition fits into your health goals and lifestyle, personalized, realistic recommendations tailored to you, one or two actionable next steps you can start right away, two or three long term goals we can use to frame our future sessions and new next steps, and a plan for follow-up and ongoing support that feels manageable and sustainable, not overwhelming. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, informed, and confident with a path forward that feels achievable and doable.
