About Rebecca

I’m a registered dietitian from Iowa, and I have a passion for helping people learn how to eat with confidence and ease so that they can spend more time and energy doing what they love. I have over four years of experience working with a variety of clients on topics related to disordered eating, intuitive eating, weight management, heart health, and sports nutrition. I have experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and have run multiple half marathons as well the marathon. Through these experiences I have gained a passion for helping clients learn how to fuel their fitness goals without obsession.

Approach to care

I work from an “all foods fit” framework and strive to help you find ways to create meaningful and sustainable change to help you feel your absolute best. My goal is to meet you where you are and to help you find ways to support your health through food in a way that works with your unique lifestyle. I want my clients to enjoy their food without obsession and to feel confident in understanding their unique needs.

Your first session with Rebecca

In your first session, I want to get to know you. We will talk about your goals, your health and diet history, your lifestyle, and your biggest challenges with food. Together we will clearly identify your goals and set actionable steps to help you get there. Lasting change doesn’t happen overnight, so you can expect to start with small, realistic action steps that will build in sessions to come.
