About Rebecca

I’m a Registered Dietitian with over five years of experience in pediatric nutrition across inpatient and outpatient care. My work includes lactation support for mothers and newborns, picky eating, cancer nutrition (pediatric and adult), eating disorders, and swallowing disorders. I’ve also worked in long-term care, Women, Infant, and Children clinics, and contributed to nutrition research through data entry. My journey into motherhood inspired me to become a Certified Lactation Counselor, allowing me to support families more deeply with evidence-based care. Outside of work, I enjoy life with my husband, our two daughters, and three dogs. I love hiking, bow hunting, archery, and weightlifting.

Approach to care

My approach centers on you—your lifestyle, your story, and your unique needs. I use my scientific knowledge and clinical judgment to create personalized nutrition plans, never relying on a one-size-fits-all model. Even with the same diagnosis, no two people are the same—and your care should reflect that.

Your first session with Rebecca

In our first session, you can expect a lot of listening on my part. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your health history, lifestyle, and daily routine so I can truly understand your experiences, habits, beliefs, and attitudes toward food. We’ll talk about how you eat, what foods you enjoy, and what goals matter most to you. From there, we’ll create a realistic, personalized game plan—together. This is a team effort, and I’m here as your partner in the journey.
