About Rebecca
Hi! I'm Rebecca - I'm a registered dietitian and certified diabetes care and education specialist with over 12 years of experience in nutrition. I'm super passionate about helping people meet their health and wellness goals and manage their chronic conditions. I will meet you where you are in your journey. By setting small goals together, we can achieve what health and wellness looks like for you!
Approach to care
No more fad diets or quick fixes! We'll work together to create realistic meal plans that fit your dietary preferences, eating habits, and lifestyle. Whether your want to lose weight or prevent the development of diabetes, we'll work together to create life long food and exercise plans that can help you live your best life.
Your first session with Rebecca
During your first session, we'll complete a nutrition assessment. This is your opportunity to tell me about your current eating patterns, chronic conditions, and lifestyle. I'll learn more about what has worked well for you in the past, what hasn't, and what goals you would like to achieve.
