About Rebecca

Hi, I’m Becca, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. I help adults make eating feel easier, more predictable, and less stressful—without diets, guilt, or rigid rules. I support clients who struggle with binge eating, emotional eating, chaotic eating patterns, or chronic conditions like prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, and high blood pressure. I also specialize in working with ADHD adults and individuals who feel overwhelmed by meal planning, inconsistent hunger cues, or all-or-nothing eating patterns. My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in intuitive eating and non-diet nutrition therapy. I’m also the author of How to Eat Well for Adults with ADHD (March 2025), a practical guide to nourishing your brain and body. Whether your goal is to feel more in control around food, improve your health, or build sustainable routines that actually work for your life, I’m here to help you get there.

Approach to care

My approach blends intuitive eating, non-diet medical nutrition therapy, and ADHD-friendly tools. I understand that eating is shaped by more than willpower—it’s connected to your environment, emotions, routines, and the support systems you have in place. I help clients tune into their hunger and fullness cues, build an eating structure that feels realistic for their life and brain, and reduce binge and emotional eating. I also support clients in managing chronic conditions in a way that prioritizes nourishment rather than restriction or shame. Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels compassionate, sustainable, and tailored to your needs.

Your first session with Rebecca

Our first session is a chance for me to get to know you and understand your relationship with food, your health history, and what you’re hoping to change. We’ll talk about your eating patterns, challenges you’re facing, and how ADHD traits (if relevant) may influence your hunger, routines, and decision-making around food. You can expect a judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. We’ll identify your priorities and create a realistic plan so you leave the session with clarity on your next steps.
