About Rebecca

I'm a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor who specializes in working with ADHD adults to build a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food—without diets, shame, or rigid rules. I also support individuals without ADHD who want a more compassionate and practical approach to eating. I help clients overcome binge eating and disordered eating patterns, and also provide support for managing chronic conditions like high blood pressure, prediabetes, and type 2 diabetes. I'm also the author of How to Eat Well for Adults with ADHD (published March 2025), a practical, non-diet guide to feeding your brain and body as an adult with ADHD. My practice is rooted in intuitive eating, neurodiversity affirming, and weight-inclusive practices.

Approach to care

I do not provide weight loss support or use weight as a measure of success. Instead, I help my clients focus on nourishing their bodies, improving their relationship with food, and engaging in health-promoting behaviors that support their overall well-being. I understand that how we eat is shaped by more than just willpower—it’s deeply connected to our environment, executive functioning, and emotions. Together, we’ll tune into your body’s needs, build an eating structure that works with your brain, and make food feel less overwhelming—all in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and free from diet culture. My approach blends intuitive eating, ADHD-friendly strategies, and non-diet medical nutrition therapy.

Your first session with Rebecca

In our first session, we’ll explore your relationship with food, how ADHD traits (if applicable) impact your eating, and any health concerns you’d like to address. We'll talk about your priorities, your day-to-day life, and what support looks like for you. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and supported—no shame, no pressure, just a collaborative conversation to set the foundation for our work together.
