About Rebecca

Hi, I’m Becca, a registered dietitian and certified intuitive eating counselor. I believe food shouldn’t feel complicated or stressful. I help adults rebuild trust with their bodies, make peace with food, and support their health—without diets or guilt. I work with clients who struggle with binge eating, disordered eating, or chronic conditions like prediabetes and high blood pressure. I also support neurodivergent individuals who want a more compassionate, practical, and sustainable approach to eating. My approach is compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and rooted in intuitive eating and non-diet nutrition therapy. Together, we’ll find realistic ways to nourish your body and mind with ease.

Approach to care

My approach is compassionate, inclusive, and weight-inclusive. I help clients focus on nourishing their bodies, improving their relationship with food, and engaging in health-promoting behaviors that support their overall well-being. I understand that how we eat is shaped by more than just willpower—it’s deeply connected to our environment, executive functioning, and emotions. Together, we’ll tune into your body’s needs, build an eating structure that works for you, and make food feel less overwhelming—all in a way that feels supportive, realistic, and free from diet culture. I blend intuitive eating, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and non-diet medical nutrition therapy to help clients create sustainable habits that support both physical and mental health.

Your first session with Rebecca

In our first session, we’ll explore your relationship with food, how being neurodivergent (if applicable) impacts your eating, and any health concerns you’d like to address. We'll talk about your priorities, your day-to-day life, and what support looks like for you. I meet you where you’re at—no matter your starting point or past experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen and supported—no shame, no pressure, just a collaborative conversation to set the foundation for our work together.
