About Rebecca
I am a Registered Dietitian of 4 years that focuses on overall wellness, body image and mental well-being. I have a diverse background in medical nutrition therapy, weight management, renal disease and diabetes. I love being a support system for my clients to encourage and motivate when it comes to accomplishing their goals. I am committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages long-term, sustainable health changes.
Approach to care
Health at every size, person-centered approach and individualized interventions tailored to client's needs. I truly believe everything can fit into your diet when listening to your body. I want to work with you to find a good balance when it comes to diet and for you to have a positive relationship with food.
Your first session with Rebecca
The first session with me is about getting to know each other and building that relationship and trust. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable and open to discuss your eating habits and concerns. We will review your diet history, medical conditions, and of course any specific questions or issues you have. We will end the session with making both short term and long term goals that will guide us for the following sessions.
