About Rebecca
I found my true calling 7 years ago as a dietitian specializing in bariatric care, a journey that has proven to be the most fulfilling aspect of my professional life. My dedication to this unique group of patients has not only shaped my career but also enriched it with countless rewarding experiences. Through personalized nutritional guidance and compassionate support, I have had the privilege of being a part of transformative health journeys, witnessing remarkable stories of resilience and determination.
Approach to care
My approach to care is building strong relationships based on trust and understanding plus meeting you where you are. I look for sustainable ways you can enjoy food in a healthier way and staying within the guidelines of your surgery type or medication you are taking. I believe this balance ensures that you receive the necessary nutrients for optimal health while working towards your weight loss goals.
Your first session with Rebecca
A first session with me would be establishing a rapport with you by getting to know you personally, then delving into medical history, eating behaviors, and household dynamics which will provide me with a comprehensive understanding of your environment and challenges. We would also be discussing barriers which openly paves the way for realistic and achievable goal setting by the patient, which is crucial for long-term success.
