About Rebecca

I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master’s in Human Nutrition. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including acute care, long-term care, rehabilitation, bariatric care, and private practice. After taking time off to focus on my family, I returned to the field three years ago as a content creator for a web-based wellness platform. In that role, I’ve developed programs focused on gut health, diabetes prevention, appetite regulation, weight management while on a GLP-1, heart health, and cancer prevention—translating complex research into practical nutrition and behavioral strategies. I’m excited to be part of Nourish and value the opportunity to connect with clients in a meaningful, one-on-one setting—supporting their goals with personalized, evidence-based care.

Approach to care

I take a whole-person approach to nutrition—looking beyond isolated symptoms to understand how your lifestyle, medical history, and daily habits are all connected. Many health concerns are deeply rooted in diet, and my goal is to help you use food as medicine to support healing, prevent disease, and reduce (or even eliminate) your need for medications. I use motivational interviewing to explore your concerns, uncover roadblocks, and guide you toward meaningful, lasting change. I’m here to coach and empower you on your health journey—whether you're managing chronic conditions, navigating GLP-1 medications, or breaking free from ultra-processed foods. Together, we’ll work to replace confusion and cravings with confidence and nourishing, real food that supports both body and mind.

Your first session with Rebecca

Our first session is a relaxed, comprehensive conversation where I’ll get to know you as a whole person—your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, goals, and any challenges you’re facing. We’ll explore how your diet may be influencing your overall health and identify areas where small changes can make a big impact. This session is your opportunity to share your story and ask questions. I’ll also introduce motivational interviewing techniques to help uncover your personal motivations and potential barriers. Together, we’ll start crafting a personalized, realistic plan that supports your journey toward better health—whether that means reducing medications, improving energy, or developing a healthier relationship with food. You’ll leave with clear, manageable steps to begin, along with my support every step of the way.
