Your first session with Rebecca
Nutrition counseling sessions are individualized, supportive, and collaborative. During the initial visit, we will review your health history, lifestyle, nutrition concerns, and personal goals. This may include discussion of dietary patterns, medical history, medications, labs (when available), physical activity, sleep, and stress. Sessions are non-judgmental and focused on realistic, sustainable changesānot restrictive dieting. Together, we will develop a personalized plan with practical strategies that fit your lifestyle and support long-term health. Follow-up sessions focus on progress, education, accountability, and problem-solving. Recommendations are adjusted as needed to help you build confidence, improve your relationship with food, and achieve meaningful, lasting results.
