About Rebecca
Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian—and someone who genuinely gets how personal nutrition can be. Growing up, I experienced childhood obesity and navigated my own journey toward a healthier lifestyle. That experience taught me so much—not just about food, but about self-compassion, identity, and the challenges that can come with making lasting changes. Now, as a dietitian, I’m passionate about helping people improve their relationship with food, support their physical and mental well-being, and feel more at ease in their bodies—no matter their background, body size, or health goals. My approach is practical, compassionate, and always tailored to your real life—because that’s where meaningful change happens.
Approach to care
There’s so much information out there about nutrition—it can feel overwhelming and confusing. My job is to help you cut through the noise and make it more bite sized. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I take the time to truly understand your goals, challenges, and preferences so we can create a personalized plan that’s realistic and empowering. I focus on small, sustainable changes that add up to big results over time, with plenty of support along the way. Because of my personal and professional experience, I’m especially passionate about helping clients build a healthy relationship with food and feel successful at any stage of their journey.
Your first session with Rebecca
In your first session, we’ll get to know each other! I’ll ask questions about your health history, lifestyle, eating patterns, and what you'd like to get out of our work together. There’s no judgment—just a chance to understand where you're starting and where you want to go. Together, we'll begin outlining a plan that fits your life and helps you move toward your goals with confidence. Whether you're navigating a medical diagnosis, recovering from disordered eating, seeking help with digestive health, looking to boost your energy, or just trying to feel more confident in your food choices, I’ll meet you where you are. I'm excited to work with you!

Hobbies
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at a spin class, testing out a new recipe, or planning my next getaway—some of my favorite trips have been to South Korea, New York, and Alaska. I’m always up for a new adventure, but I also really appreciate the simple things, like relaxing with a good book or watching a feel-good show with my husband.
