About Rebecca
Hi, I’m Rebecca! My interest in nutrition began in high school when I started cooking healthy recipes for my family and friends. I attended Cornell University and received my Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and then completed my Master of Science in Nutrition and dietetic internship at Tufts University/Tufts Medical Center. For two years, I worked as a clinical dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital. In my free time, I love running, reading, exploring New England, and experimenting in the kitchen.
Approach to care
I aim to help my clients rediscover the fun and joy of food, while also providing them with tools to bring them closer to their nutrition goals. My focus is on helping clients improve their relationship with food in order to create sustainable behavior change. When working with me, you can expect to receive creative and exciting meal ideas, evidence-based nutrition information, and guidance for long-lasting success.
Your first session with Rebecca
Our first appointment is a warm, open conversation designed to put you at ease. We’ll review your medical history and health goals, then take a deep dive into your relationship with food. Together we’ll set 1–2 short-term goals that feel doable and meaningful. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; you’ll leave with a clear sense of what comes next and the confidence to start making small, sustainable changes with my guidance.
