About Rebecca
My name is Rebecca. I have worked in clinical nutrition for the past 8 years. I have a lot of experience with clients that have a variety of chronic diseases along with general nutrition concerns. I reside in Arizona and thoroughly enjoy what I do as a registered dietitian. I love learning and staying up to date on the latest research in the nutrition world. I believe that food should be nourishing, enjoyable, and stress-free. I love helping people discover what works for their bodies by using a supportive, non-judgmental approach. I work closely with each client to create personalized, sustainable strategies that honor their culture, preferences, and goals
Approach to care
Patient centered and collaborative by prioritizing building a trusting relationship with each client by actively listening to concerns and understand their background and experiences. Evidence based practice will be used to ensure the most updated research and clinical guidelines are being used to make recommendations. Lastly, behavior focused strategies will be used to help build sustainable habits in order to support gradual progress
Your first session with Rebecca
Your first session is all about getting to know you. I want to understand your health goals, concerns, lifestyle, and relationship with food. There’s no judgment—just an open, supportive conversation. I will gather important information such as medications, diet history, family history, sleeping habits and stress levels
