About Rebekah

Hi there! I’m a Registered Dietitian based in the Chicagoland area, passionate about helping people feel confident and supported in their nutrition journey. I earned my degree in Nutrition from Northern Illinois University and completed my internship at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital. I specialize in outpatient care and work with clients to create realistic, personalized goals using evidence-based nutrition. My approach is patient-centered and compassionate—we focus on what matters most to you and identify any barriers together. I have experience in digestive health, diabetes, heart and kidney conditions, weight management, and general wellness. My goal is to make nutrition feel empowering, approachable, and tailored to your life.

Approach to care

As a Registered Dietitian, my goal is to support you in a way that feels respectful, encouraging, and personalized. I take a patient-centered, compassionate approach—focusing on your goals, lifestyle, and unique relationship with food. Whether you're ready to make changes or just starting to explore, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you without pressure. I use evidence-based nutrition to help you make informed, realistic choices that work for your life. Together, we’ll take one step at a time toward better health and a more balanced relationship with food.

Your first session with Rebekah

In our first session, we’ll take time to explore your full health and nutrition story. I’ll ask about your medical history, current conditions, eating habits, lifestyle, and any recent labs or medications to understand how nutrition fits into your overall care. We’ll discuss your personal goals—what matters most to you—and begin shaping a few realistic, personalized ones. Whether you’re looking to manage a condition, boost energy, or feel better in your body, we’ll identify what’s meaningful to you. We’ll also talk through any challenges like time, motivation, stress, or symptoms that may be getting in the way. Using a personalized, science-based approach, we’ll start building a plan that supports your health. You’ll leave with clear next steps, helpful tools, and the reassurance that you're not in this alone—I'm here to support you every step of the way.
