About Rebekah
Hi! I'm Rebekah, a dietitian with nearly fifteen years of experience in all areas of nutrition. I am a board-certified nutrition support clinician (CNSC) and went to culinary school. I'm a single parent with two jobs going to graduate school, so I know the struggles of a busy schedule.
Approach to care
I take a strictly no-diet approach- my emphasis is on helping my clients first meet their basic nutrition needs, which often immediately tackles most digestive and chronic diseases. Then, we will work to improve the relationship with food and any other goals the client wishes to achieve. I also take time to dispel nutrition misinformation and myths that often leave clients feeling confused and causing unnecessary stress.
Your first session with Rebekah
Lots of questions- getting to you know you, your current schedule, habits, choice foods, past and current struggles, goals and dreams and more! We will probably do a good amount of nutrition education together. We will go over your current medications and supplements, do a food recall together and more!
