About Regan
Hello! I'm Regan:) I work with women to help them feel more confident and at ease with their nutrition. With a background in clinical care, I work from a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition while keeping things realistic. I’m passionate about understanding my clients and helping them build habits that fit their lives, preferences, and goals in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming. I believe food should promote both health and enjoyment, and I love helping women find that balance.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition counseling is collaborative and judgment-free. I focus on creating and gradually building sustainable habits that feel doable in real life, not rigid rules or temporary "fixes". Together, we’ll work toward goals like improving health markers, feeling better day-to-day, or healing your relationship with food, all in a way that fits your lifestyle and values. I prioritize evidence-based guidance while keeping things practical, so you can feel confident in your choices, without restriction, guilt, or stress.
Your first session with Regan
Your first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk through your health history, nutrition concerns, lifestyle, and goals, along with what’s felt helpful, or frustrating, about nutrition in the past. This is a judgment-free space, so there’s no pressure to be perfect or have everything figured out. Together, we’ll identify a few realistic starting points and create a plan that feels doable. You’ll leave with clear next steps and a better sense of how we’ll work together moving forward.
