About Regina
Hi, I’m Regina. I have been a registered dietitian for 8 years, and a registered nurse for 2 years. My interest in nutrition came from my lifelong passion for cooking. Before becoming a RD, I went to culinary school and worked in restaurants for years. I love to eat, just as much as I love to cook for people. I became interested in how the food we eat impacts our health, so I decided to become a RD. While I will be focusing on nutrition counseling with you, I can incorporate my knowledge from a nursing perspective to better help you reach your goals.

Food is important for your health and survival, but also for your quality of life and pleasure. Whether you are struggling with diabetes, wounds, heart disease, kidney disease, swallowing problems, difficulty losing weight or something else; let’s work together to customize a way of eating that satisfies your appetite and enhances your health.
Your first session with Regina
There is only one of you in this world, and one diet does not fit all. My approach to nutrition counseling will initially be to learn about you, and how you are able to modify your diet and lifestyle in a manner and at a pace that suits you. We will also explore potential barriers to your goals, and how you can overcome them to be the best version of yourself.
