Patient reviews
βIn just one session, my nutritionist made a lasting impact. She listened with genuine care, taking the time to understand my goals and concerns. Her knowledge was impressive, but what stood out most was how supportive and encouraging she was. She explained everything in a way that felt empowering, not overwhelming. I left feeling inspired, confident, and excited for this journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a truly compassionate and knowledgeable guide! β

About Regina
Regina has over a decade of experience as a sports dietitian, USA Triathlon coach, and in launching and integrating tactical Performance Nutrition programs within U.S. Marine Corps Special Operations and the U.S. Air Force. Her work has focused on aligning nutrition with Human Performance teams to support both operational demands and long-term health. While much of her background comes from high-performance environments, Regina works with and deeply understands non-athletes, individuals with complex health conditions, and people who have experienced frustration, setbacks, or inconsistency in their health or weight-loss journey. Her approach is supportive, practical, and focused on progress β not perfection.
Approach to care
Reginaβs approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and methodical, with an emphasis on meeting people where they are. Many individuals seek nutrition support after years of ups and downs, long periods of inconsistency, or managing complex health concerns β often feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or unsure where to start. Rather than focusing on perfection or rigid plans, her process centers on building a realistic framework, applying the science in context, and adjusting strategies over time. This approach works best when there is awareness of readiness to change. Sessions are designed to be supportive, practical, and focused on helping clients regain confidence in their ability to make sustainable decisions around food and health.
Your first session with Regina
Your first session is focused on understanding your full health picture β not on judgment or immediate change. Regina will take time to learn about your medical and weight history, daily routines, work and family demands, and past experiences with nutrition and weight loss. The goal of this session is to identify a clear starting point, reduce overwhelm, and begin organizing information in a way that feels manageable. You do not need to have everything figured out or come in with a perfect food log. The first session is about clarifying priorities and determining what makes the most sense to focus on first. Together, youβll outline a methodical, realistic path forward based on your goals, current capacity, and comfort level. Progress is built gradually, with an emphasis on understanding, consistency, and confidence β not pressure or drastic change.
