About Regina
Regina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Chicago, IL. She graduated in 2024 with her Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from the University of Southern California. She also has her BA in Linguistics and Sign Language Interpreting from the University of Southern Maine and previously worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy. Additionally, she has years of experience working in an Alzheimer's research lab which has shaped her interest in a research-based approach.

Regina has a functional nutrition approach that is built upon a desire to arrive at the root cause of ailments and disease. Additionally, she believes in a Health At Every Size (HAES) mentality, allowing patients to focus more on their overall health and wellness goals.
