About Regina
Regina is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Chicago, IL, with a deep passion for using food as medicine to support longevity, brain health, and long-term vitality. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California in 2024, where she trained in evidence-based strategies to promote healthy aging and disease prevention. Her background also includes years of work in an Alzheimerâs research lab, which shaped her strong research-driven approach and lasting interest in cognitive health. Prior to becoming a dietitian, Regina worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, giving her a unique, whole-body and nervous-system-informed perspective that guides her work today.
Approach to care
Regina practices functional, root-cause nutrition with a focus on supporting healthspanânot just symptom relief. She believes food is powerful information for the body and works with clients to understand how nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and biology interact over time. Her approach is grounded in a Health At Every Size (HAES) framework, creating a weight-inclusive, non-judgmental space that prioritizes metabolic health, energy, cognition, and quality of life. Reginaâs counseling style is collaborative, curious, and educational. She values explaining the âwhyâ behind recommendations, empowering clients to make informed choices while building sustainable habits that support longevity and resilience.
Your first session with Regina
Your first session with Regina is designed to feel supportive, personalized, and unrushed. Youâll spend time getting to know one another while reviewing your health history, relevant labs, nutrition patterns, lifestyle factors, and current concerns. Equal emphasis is placed on your personal goals, values, and long-term vision for your health. Regina takes time to connect the dots between your current symptoms and underlying patterns, particularly through the lens of longevity and prevention. Together, youâll create realistic short- and long-term goals that feel achievable and aligned with your life. Each session is tailored to you and evolves as your needs change.
