“Reilly was very helpful during my 1st session with her. She provided me with the needed info & 1st steps to start eating healthier. She made my 1st time meeting a dietician very comfy & she has a warm personality. I look forward to working with her and she has helped me become more aware about my health. She also has made me very motivated as I woke up this morning looking forward to my first day of a new healthier life. “

About Reilly
Hi, I’m Reilly! I have experience providing nutrition care in inpatient and outpatient settings. I practice through a Health at Every Size lens, focusing on behaviors and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in the belief that all foods fit. The world of nutrition can be overwhelming — the rules, the noise, the pressure — and I’m here to help you navigate it all with compassion, clarity, and support. Outside of sessions, you’ll find me running, exploring new coffee shops, or getting creative in the kitchen. Can’t wait to work with you!
Approach to care
My care philosophy is built on collaboration, warmth, and science. I practice Health At Every Size and a weight-neutral approach, focusing on real-life changes that last. Together we’ll explore your relationship with food, beliefs, and routines, then translate that into practical steps you can actually follow. My goal is to empower you with knowledge while honoring your pace and values, so progress feels sustainable, meaningful, and free of judgment. Together we’ll create a plan that fits your life.
Your first session with Reilly
Our first appointment is all about you. We'll begin with a relaxed conversation to understand your medical history, relationship with food, daily routines, and what you want to achieve. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll figure it out together. By the end, we’ll have 1–2 realistic goals and a clear sense of the steps to reach them. The space is judgment-free and collaborative, designed to help you feel supported from day one.
Education
Master of Science in Nutrition from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences; Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from University of Central Arkansas
Hobbies
In my free time, I love staying active, especially with running, a passion I’ve had since my college days as a cross country and track athlete. I continue to enjoy running and staying fit, always looking for ways to challenge myself. I’m also a big fan of coffee—whether it’s brewing a fresh cup at home or exploring new coffee shops. I love discovering unique spots with great atmospheres.
