Your first session with Rena
In your first assessment session with a Rena, she will try to understand your current eating habits, lifestyle, and any health conditions that may be impacting your nutrition. She will take the time to listen carefully and non-judgmentally to your concerns, preferences, and challenges, focusing on creating a supportive environment where you feel heard. At the end of the session, Rena will work with you to set clear and achievable goals for you to work on before your next session.
