About Renae
Renae is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian practicing in the Philadelphia suburbs. With over 20 yearsâ experience, her focus since 2017 has been in nutrition counseling. Renaeâs background also includes nutrition communications and nutrition research.
Approach to care
Renae is passionate about helping individuals improve their healthâparticularly with cardiometabolic conditions including heart disease, obesity, prediabetes and type 2 diabetes. Her philosophy is a whole foods, non-diet approach emphasizing simplicity. She helps people move toward their nutrition goals by meeting them where they are.
Your first session with Renae
In the initial session with Renae, you'll begin with a nutrition assessment. She will gather information to understand your medical history, nutritional habits, and lifestyle. Most sessions include small takeaway intentions to help develop sustainable steps to wellness. These small steps paired with behavior modifications and education will help build a foundation for long-term health.
