About Renee'

Hi, my name is Renee'! With 17 years experience as a Registered Dietitian, I bring a practical, compassionate approach to nutrition and overall health management. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Indiana State University and have spent most of my career in clinical settings. A large part of my career thus far (13 years) has been spent working with patients who have kidney disease. I practice in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I’m passionate about individualized care that fits your life, not a one size fits all plan. I believe in lasting habits built with warmth and realism. When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending quality time with my husband, 2 kids and dog (Blu), strength training, cheering on the Vols, boating on the lake and enjoying live music.

Approach to care

I strive to be practical, empathetic and warm, creating a judgment-free space where you feel seen. I understand life gets busy and crazy at times. We’ll set clear, achievable goals and I’ll guide you with direct, action-oriented coaching. I like to focus on behaviors that support well-being rather than dieting. Functional, holistic care informs our conversations about sleep, stress, activity, gut health, inflammation and nutrition. I’ll educate you along the way so you feel confident making decisions on your own.

Your first session with Renee'

Our first session will be spent getting to know you better! We’ll review your medical history, discuss short-term goals, and look at lab work or biometrics if available. You don’t need to have everything figured out yet; this is a low-pressure, collaborative conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been working and what hasn’t, and together we’ll set 1 or 2 realistic, measurable goals to get started. I want you to feel heard and supported, with a clear sense of the path ahead and practical steps you can begin implementing right away.
