About Renee

I am a registered dietitian nutritionist with more than 24 years of experience in dietetics. While supporting my spouse’s military career, I worked in a variety of different dietitian roles in multiple locations (U.S. and abroad). Those roles provided me opportunities to gain experience and flourish in ways I could have never imagined. Through those experiences I realized that the knowledge I gained, coupled with my passion to help others, along with my ability to assist in facilitating positive change is what fuels my desire to continue working in this field, guiding others on a path to their ā€œhealthier ever after.ā€ I am excited to meet you and begin this wellness journey together!

Approach to care

My approach is engaging, client focused nutrition counseling using evidence-based research with a generous helping of empathy, a splash of encouragement, a dash of creativity, and a sprinkle of humor. I think a healthy lifestyle can often be compared to a healthy financial budget, meaning, save when you can so you can spend when you want.
