About Rich
I grew up and went to college in Buffalo NY, I was head of nutrition for a nursing home, diabetes clinic, dialysis center and Weight Loss Clinic. I believe wellness comes from a good routine and a good diet is the best proactive approach to wellness. I’m also a foodie though so enjoying food is key as well!
Approach to care
Instilling healthy habits, healthy swaps, making small changes, being consistent and listening to your body. Wellness is what you do on a daily basis, diet is a huge component but other factors like sleep, physical activity, work life balance and mental wellness can all affect how we feel and how we eat. But the better we feel, the more fun we get to have!

A thorough assessment, get to know each other, set some goals and get direction! I will ask you all about you and your history including what you eat what you like and lifestyle, make recommendations that could help you feel better, function optimally and achieve your goals.
