Hi, I’m Rika. I’m a Registered Dietitian (RD) with the LDN credential, and I’ve spent 27 years helping people build healthier relationships with food. I earned a Bachelorette in Nutrition and Biology, and my career has taken me from clinical and hospital settings to private practice and community health. When I’m not working, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, staying active, or curled up with a good book. I’m grateful for the trust patients place in me, and I bring patience, curiosity, and real-world experience to every session.

We’ll work together to honor your values, your pace, and your body. I practice a direct and action-oriented approach that translates biology into practical steps you can actually follow. Our first appointment is a warm, collaborative conversation. We’ll review your medical history, medications, and any lab work or biomarkers that matter. Together we’ll create a meal plan that fits your schedule and preferences, and set short-term goals to keep you motivated. It’s perfectly okay if you don’t have everything figured out yet; you don’t need to come prepared with a perfect plan. I want you to feel supported, heard, and empowered from the moment we start.
