About Riley
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Medical Nutrition Therapy, a background in sports nutrition and performance optimization, and specialized experience in eating disorder recovery, mindful and intuitive eating, and sustainable weight management. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher, which influences my holistic and body-aware approach to care. My own journey with food, body image, and burnout has shaped how I support clients today, with empathy, expertise, and real-life strategies.

My approach is rooted in balance, not extremes, and is built on helping clients develop a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and their bodies. Whether you're recovering from disordered eating, navigating weight changes, or just feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity and compassion. Together, we’ll focus on creating habits that feel good, support your goals, and actually work in your day-to-day life.
Your first session with Riley
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you: your goals, your challenges, your history, and what “feeling healthier or better" looks like for you. I’ll ask about your eating patterns, lifestyle, medical background, and any past experiences with nutrition or dieting. From there, we’ll begin to build a plan that feels doable, flexible, and tailored to your needs. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling heard, supported, and clear on your next steps.
