About Rita
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 10 years of experience helping individuals improve their health through food and lifestyle. I specialize in women’s health, with a particular focus on menopause, hormone balance, and midlife wellness. My passion is helping women in midlife feel empowered in their health, by improving energy, supporting hormone shifts, and creating sustainable plans for long-term wellness. My goal is to provide compassionate, practical guidance that supports lasting change, so you can feel your best every day, manage weight with confidence, and carry those results well beyond our work together.
Approach to care
I take a root-cause and mind-body approach to nutrition, looking beyond food alone to the bigger picture of health. Together, we’ll consider sleep, stress, physical activity, and daily habits alongside nourishment. I believe in honoring where you are in your journey and helping you take steps that feel realistic and doable. My goal is to create sustainable changes that restore balance and support your body’s natural ability to thrive, without restrictive diets or quick fixes. We’ll focus on building habits that not only help you feel better now but also support your well-being long after our sessions end.
Your first session with Rita
In our first 55-minute session, we’ll take time to review your health history, eating patterns, and lifestyle. I want to get to know you and understand your daily routines. As your partner in this process, I’ll listen to your goals and challenges, and together we’ll identify practical first steps you can put into action right away. I believe in meeting you where you are, so our plan will be tailored to your pace and comfort level. You’ll leave the session with clear, personalized steps and the reassurance that you’re not in this alone.
