“I saw the young lady that Nourish paired me w/and that was all. I knew nothing other than her being a dietitian and hoping she could help. After our 2nd appt, I read her 'resume'. Im glad I didn't read anything about her and come to my 1st appt w/any preconceived notions. Rita is everything she said she is!!! It's not just on paper...I learn something new about food and how it effects me in all aspects...down to the cellular level! I definitely find myself routing for her, routing for me to win!“
