About Robert
Hi, I'm Robert. With 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian, I received my Master's degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from Washington State University. I've worked in clinical hospital teams and in community health, where I would turn science into practical, everyday choices. My goal is to find nutrition that works for you. When I'm not with clients you'll find me lifting weights, cooking, writing, or cycling. I'm grateful to help people nurture healthier habits that fit real life.
Approach to care
My practice is grounded in evidence and application, with a holistic view of health. Nothing in life is one-size-fits-all and that holds true with nutrition. I translate current research into clear, easy-to-do steps that are tailored made for your lifestyle. Decisions will be made together rather than dictated, so you have a hand in your journey. I practice a weight-neutral, HAES-informed approach that emphasizes behaviors, mood, sleep, and meals, not numbers on a scale. We'll collaborate to build sustainable habits that support your goals, honor your values, and celebrate small wins along the way.
Your first session with Robert
Our first appointment is where we get to know each other. We'll review your eating habits, medical history and any lab work or biometrics, and together we'll set short-term goals that feel realistic. Working as a team, we'll take all your information and lay it out in clear terms. I'll explain what I see as a professional and you can offer your input. This way, you don't need to have it all worked out before we sit down together. We'll come up with a compassionate plan that looks towards lasting change while allowing you to start the journey this week.
