About Robert

Hi, I’m Robbie. I am a registered dietitian committed to helping individuals achieve healthier lives through practical and sustainable nutrition strategies. My philosophy centers on empowering patients to make informed choices, celebrate progress, and overcome obstacles with resilience. I provide actionable advice grounded in current science and personalized to each client’s needs, striving to foster a supportive environment where lasting habits can flourish. Whether you are taking your first steps towards better nutrition or seeking to refine your eating patterns, I am here to offer compassionate support and realistic solutions—helping you build a foundation for lifelong health and well-being.

Approach to care

My approach is rooted in science and understanding—I believe in meeting patients exactly where they are in their wellness journey, free from judgment and with genuine empathy. By recognizing each person’s unique challenges and circumstances, I tailor my guidance to fit real-world lifestyles, ensuring that dietary changes are not only effective but also achievable and enduring.

Your first session with Robert

Your first session is designed to provide a welcoming environment where we can begin building a strong foundation for our work together. During this time, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, which will help me gain a better understanding of your current lifestyle, your personal goals, and any challenges you may be experiencing. The initial session typically lasts about 60 minutes. This time frame allows us to discuss your background in detail and address any specific concerns or objectives you may have. If you have any food diaries, recent laboratory results, or tests that you would like to share, please have them with you. Having these materials will help me better tailor my recommendations to your unique needs but are not required. I am eager to join you on your journey and support you in reaching your health and wellness goals.
