About Robin
My name is Robin Dagg. I am a passionate registered dietitian with over 10 years of diverse wellness programming, culinary, and nutrition experience. My nutrition philosophy is that all people deserve access to high quality nutrition advice and healthcare, and I strive to help my clients lead healthier lives, free from fad diets. As a mom of two young children, I am especially passionate about helping families develop and foster lifelong healthy habits. I live with my husband, children, and cat in Fort Worth, TX.
Approach to care
My mission is to help individuals improve health, wellbeing, and relationship with food using an anti-diet, judgment-free approach, that respects each individual's background, preferences, personal goals, and culture. We will work together to formulate a plan, focusing on sustainable behavior changes.
Your first session with Robin
In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other. I will ask a lot of questions about health and nutrition history, what you've tried before, what's worked and what hasn't worked, and what your lifestyle is like. By the end of the first session, we will work together to create goals and map out an action plan.
