About Robyn

Registered Dietitian since 2003, working in field of food and nutrition since 1992, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, Vermont and New Hampshire State licensed. Strong background in weight management, disordered eating, diabetes, and clinical nutrition for disease risk reduction and management.

Approach to care

There is no such thing as perfect eating and that will never be my goal for patients. However, all of us, myself included, can always be looking for ways to improve upon our eating habits. The goal is to be better, not perfect. My focus is on practical tips and strategies to help patients make behavior changes, not drafting up strict meal plans or handing out impractical dietary guidelines. I will meet you where you are and to help you achieve your goals and improve your health.
