About Rochelle

Rochelle is a registered dietitian and exercise physiologist. She grew up in the mountains of Utah and Colorado, and has lived in Georgia, Montana, Illinois, and now Oregon. Rochelle has a fondness for individuals seeking to create health change but may not know where to start. She values the importance of helping her clients identify realistic change that aligns with their health priorities and their way of life. Rochelle has over a decade of experience working with clients individually or in group settings in a large hospital system.

Approach to care

Rochelle uses a client centered approach. This means she will help you navigate the often confusing world of nutrition by listening to your needs and priorities, answering your questions, and coaching you through it all with humor, compassion, flexibility, and a problem-solving mindset. Together, we will explore nutrition recommendations AND use your own intuition to find the best solutions for your life.

Your first session with Rochelle

Your first session is all about getting to know YOU! This first 60 minute session will help us establish a solid foundation to build upon. Together, we will explore your health history, current health priorities, a day-in-the-life of you, what is currently working well, and what areas you are interested in exploring change. You know better than anyone else what you need. This is your time to share how I can best support you in meeting your health goals. I look forward to connecting with you!
