About Rochelle
Hi, I'm Rochelle. With 21 years of experience in nutrition and wellness, I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping clients achieve lasting health through realistic, personalized care. I specialize in and have a passion for working with clients in weight management, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes, meeting them where they are helping them build sustainable habits that work in their everyday lives. My approach is rooted in compassion, trust, and encouragement, empowering clients to feel confident, motivated, and supported on their journey to better health. Outside of work, I love traveling, cooking, reading, attending concerts, and spending time with my husband, kids, and our dog.
Approach to care
Care should be evidence-based, empathetic, and linked to real life. I ground my work in current science and proven protocols while keeping you at the center. I am empathetic and warm, always meeting you where you are and keeping judgment out of our conversations. Iβm direct and action-oriented, translating what we learn into simple steps and practical plans you can actually follow. I practice from a Health At Every Size perspective, focusing on behaviors, self-care, and well-being rather than chasing a number on the scale. My approach is holistic and educational, helping you understand how sleep, stress, activity, and nourishment fit together so you can build lasting change.
Your first session with Rochelle
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. Think of it as a chance to share what matters most, not a test. We'll review your medical history, lab results, and biometrics, and we'll talk about how stress, sleep and exercise influence your nutrition. I like to get to know my clients and how their everyday lives affect their health, and we'll talk about short-term goals to start, with room to adjust as we learn what works. You don't need to have it all figured out; together we'll craft a plan that respects your pace and your Why.
