Your first session with Roman
During nutrition counseling, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free environment where we explore your health goals and current habits. Together, we identify realistic strategies and create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. Our sessions begin with a thorough assessment of your medical history, lifestyle, and eating patterns. I provide clear guidance, practical tools, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and achieve lasting results.
