Hi, I’m Rosa, a bilingual Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience helping people build healthier, more balanced relationships with food. I specialize in weight management, metabolic health, and chronic disease prevention, but my true passion is helping clients feel their best through simple, realistic nutrition. I believe healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive — it’s about finding what works for you and creating small, meaningful changes that last.

Your first session with Rosa
In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll ask about your health goals, eating habits, and what’s been working or not working for you. This is a relaxed, judgment-free space where you can share openly. By the end of our visit, you’ll leave with a clear, realistic plan and a few simple steps to get started right away. My goal is for you to feel supported, understood, and motivated to make positive changes at your own pace.
