Approach to care
Rose believes in goal based nutrition counseling. You will work together with Rose to identify opportunities for change that are sustainable and relevant to you and to your life. Then, you will discuss what actions are appropriate to help you meet your goals.
Your first session with Rose
During your first session you will discuss your nutrition, health, and wellness history. You can expect questions regarding your goals, your habits, your schedule, and your behaviors. No need to worry about judgment - this is to better understand your background so Rose can figure out how best to help you! From this, you can expect a clear action plan to help you advance successfully toward your goals!
