About Rose

Hi there! I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics. I have extensive experience supporting patients with a wide range of chronic, nutrition-related illnesses, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, and malnutrition. With a strong clinical background, I have developed a particular focus on the nutritional needs of older adults, helping to manage complex conditions while promoting quality of life and overall well-being. I’m committed to delivering compassionate, individualized care that supports recovery and long-term health outcomes.

Approach to care

As a registered dietitian, I strive to build relationships with my patients that are grounded in trust, honesty, and mutual respect. I believe nutrition is deeply personal, and my goal is to empower and educate individuals to make informed choices that align with their unique lifestyles, preferences, and health goals. I’m passionate about helping people not only nourish their bodies but also find joy in that nourishment. Food should be both healing and enjoyable, and I work collaboratively with each patient to create realistic, sustainable nutrition plans that support long-term well-being.

Your first session with Rose

At your first appointment, my goal is to get to know you—not just your medical history, but also your lifestyle, daily routines, and personal preferences. We'll talk about your health background, any current conditions or concerns, and most importantly, your goals and what you hope to gain from working with me. Together, we’ll create a basic care plan tailored to your needs, and we’ll identify one or two small, achievable goals to help you get started. This first session is all about building a foundation for success, setting realistic expectations, and making sure you feel supported and heard. Before we wrap up, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit to check in on your progress and continue moving forward.
