About Roseline
Hi, I'm Roseline, a registered dietitian with a lifelong passion for food and wellness. I turned to nutrition to care for my body from the inside out, particularly to support and heal my gut health. My journey into nutrition began early—cooking with family, managing IBS, giving up junk food, and exploring the powerful connection between gut health and overall well-being. These experiences inspired me to turn my love of food into a career focused on helping others feel their best from the inside out. I spent over 10 years in health and wellness at the YMCA while earning my degree, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2022 after completing a rigorous internship. I started in clinical nutrition but soon discovered my true passion: one-on-one nutrition counseling. Today, I help clients develop a healthier relationship with food, and make sustainable lifestyle changes. My approach is grounded in compassion, backed by science, and centered around a food-first philosophy.
Approach to care
My goal is to combine my clinical expertise with a compassionate, personalized approach to nutrition. Drawing from both professional experience and my own journey with dietary challenges, I aim to meet clients where they are. I’ve supported family and friends through meaningful lifestyle changes, guided countless hospital patients as they adjusted to new diets, and taught weekly nutrition classes for individuals seeking more tailored support. My approach is rooted in education, empathy, and practicality—taking the time to understand each client’s current habits while providing accurate, evidence-based guidance tailored to their specific nutrition needs or health conditions.
Your first session with Roseline
My goal is to help you reach a place of consistency, confidence, and trust in your ability to make nourishing nutrition choices. Our work together will begin with a deep dive into your health history, lifestyle, habits, and any emotional or medical challenges you may have faced with food. Understanding your personal story allows us to create a realistic starting point that honors where you are right now. From there, we’ll set realistic goals and begin breaking them down to a manageable step-by-step plan. We’ll explore current eating patterns, uncover any unhelpful habits or barriers, and begin making gradual behavior changes using evidence-based nutrition strategies. I’ll provide practical tools, education, and ongoing support tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll monitor your progress, adjust as needed, and celebrate your wins as we go. My hope is that after each session, you feel more empowered, more informed, and closer to building stable, healthy habits that lasts.

Hobbies
In my free time, I enjoy a mix of relaxing and energizing activities that keep me grounded and inspired. I love reading, meditating, and exploring personal development. Staying active is important to me, so I often go bike riding, swim, or spend time outdoors. I also cherish playing with my dogs, unwinding with a good movie, and listening to music to recharge and find balance.
