About Rosemarie
Hi! I'm Rosie. As a Registered Dietitian, I enjoy helping people find realistic ways to nourish themselves and feel confident in their food choices. My work in both clinical hospital settings and private practice has shaped a practical, evidence-based approach to nutrition that fits into real life. I hold a BS in Applied Health Sciences from Indiana University and practice as an RD and LD. I am currently studying to get certified in sports nutrition. Following a plant-based lifestyle and managing celiac disease has also influenced how I think about nutrition, giving me personal insight into balancing dietary needs with everyday eating. Outside of sessions, I enjoy experimenting with new vegetarian recipes, and running or cycling while training for marathons.

I use evidence-based guidance while keeping conversations warm and nonjudgmental, and I teach practical, actionable steps so you feel confident making changes. My goal is to empower you with knowledge and sustainable strategies that fit your real life, whether you want to improve sports performance, manage celiac safely, or simply feel better every day.

Expect a relaxed, collaborative visit where I'll ask about your history, routines, wins, and frustrations. We'll explore how your dietary preferences and activity level fit into your goals, and together we'll establish short-term, realistic targets and outline a meal plan you can try. You don't need perfect data or a polished backstory to start. I'll help translate your day-to-day into practical steps, and we'll leave the appointment with clear next actions we can adjust as we go.
