About Rosemary
Rosemary’s interest for nutrition started in high school as she loved biology classes and noted the huge impact food and nutrition play in everyone’s lives. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as gut health, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, weight management and disease prevention/wellness. Rosemary has additional passion for gut health specifically Irritable Bowel Syndrome being Rosemary has additional training on the use of a Low FODMAP Diet by Monash University. Rosemary believes that all people deserve nutritional care and practices with an individualized and empathetic approach. They feel creating small changes over time will make a large difference - especially when it comes to nutrition! Working together, Rosemary will incorporate your food preferences and lifestyle to meet and sustain your nutrition goals.

Your first session with Rosemary
As your dietitian you can expect a welcoming environment where you will be heard and supported. With a strong foundation in evidenced-based nutrition, I will work alongside you to create realistic goals and sustaining habits. I particularly enjoy working with Irritable Bowel Syndrome patients as I have additional training from Monash University on the use of a Low FODMAP diet. Whether just starting your health and nutrition journey or looking to enhance your nutrition, I will guide you towards your goals!
