Hi, I’m Rosemary, a mindful eating dietitian dedicated to helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies. My approach goes beyond nutrition—I guide my clients in reconnecting with their inner wisdom, understanding their body's signals, and cultivating a compassionate mindset around eating. I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic strategies to support clients in breaking free from diet culture, emotional eating patterns, and body shame. Whether it’s using intuitive eating principles, nervous system regulation, or subconscious reprogramming techniques like PSYCH-K®, my goal is to help you trust your body, nourish yourself without guilt, and find peace with food. I guide my clients toward a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies by integrating intuitive eating, self-compassion, and mind-body practices. Using techniques like diaphragmatic breathing, the nourishment wheel, and visualization, I help my clients move away from restriction and self-judgment, fostering trust in their bodies. The care I provide is client-centered, recognizing each person’s unique experiences and needs while providing a safe and supportive space for healing and transformation.

During our first session, I take the time to understand your unique health journey. I’ll ask about your medical history, current medications, supplements, personal goals, and any concerns you may have. This conversation helps me gain insight into your experiences and needs so that we can create a personalized, sustainable plan that supports your well-being.
