Roxanna Tosca, MHSN, RD, LND is a registered and licensed dietitian, university professor, and fitness professional with over 30 years of experience. A two-time Dietitian of the Year (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, 2021; Colegio de Nutricionistas y Dietistas de Puerto Rico, 2022), her areas of expertise include weight management, diabetes, renal disease, and chronic disease prevention, integrating evidence-based nutrition with physical activity and lifestyle interventions.
