About Roxanne

Hi! I’m Roxanne, a dietitian based in the beautiful Bay Area of California. I have a Master’s in Nutrition and a Bachelor’s in Dietetics. Most days, I work as a clinical dietitian in a hospital, and I also see patients virtually through Nourish. I’m passionate about many areas of nutrition, but especially gut health, plant-based eating, meal planning, disordered eating, and intuitive eating. I’m really looking forward to supporting you on your journey toward feeling your best!

Approach to care

While I specialize in plant-based eating, I believe it's a personal journey for everyone. We’re all unique, and good health is absolutely achievable, even if reducing animal products isn’t your main goal. I focus on staying open-minded, weight-neutral, and love using scientific research to help guide and support you in reaching all of your nutrition goals.

Your first session with Roxanne

It’s great if you've had prior lab work, but it's ok if not! I can help you figure out which tests might be helpful. We’ll go over your nutrition background and your goals, so I can meet you where you are. My aim is to support people from all walks of life who are looking to boost their energy, increase vitality, and improve long-term health.
