About Ruby

Hi, I’m Ruby! I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since June 2025 and earned my Master’s in Nutrition along with my Dietetic Internship from Rush University Medical Center. Before that, I completed my Bachelor’s in Nutrition at Miami University of Ohio. I’m especially interested in the clinical side of dietetics, things like managing chronic conditions and providing medical nutrition therapy. My long-term goal is to work in an outpatient setting where I can connect with clients and support them through ongoing care. Outside of nutrition, I’m also a Bar Method instructor and love all things health, movement, and balance. You can usually find me walking by the lake, exploring new restaurants, or wandering the aisles of Trader Joe’s and TJMaxx for candles and snacks!

Approach to care

My passion for nutrition started after working with an incredible dietitian during my own ED recovery as a teen she made me feel seen, accepted, and supported in a way that stuck with me. I’ve been inspired ever since to create that same safe, compassionate space for others.

Your first session with Ruby

In our first session, I’ll spend time getting to know YOU: your daily routines, lifestyle, goals, and what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll talk through your relationship with food, your current habits, and what feels realistic moving forward. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can start building a plan that supports both your health and your values.
