About Ruslan

Hi, I’m Ruslan. I bring six years of experience as an RD and RDN, with an MS in Food, Nutrition, and Culinary Sciences from Clemson University. I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings and in renal/dialysis care, where I learned that nutrition is most powerful when it fits your life, not the other way around. Outside the clinic, I enjoy strength and endurance training, hiking, biking, skiing, and reading. I’m passionate about getting to know my patients and helping you build healthy habits that last.

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history, discuss your goals, and look at labs and biometrics to tailor our plan. I aim for a non-judgmental, low-pressure conversation where you feel heard and supported. You don’t need to have it all figured out yet; we’ll start with a couple of realistic goals and practical steps you can begin this week. Together we’ll build a roadmap that fits your life and pace, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.
