Hi, I’m Ryan, a registered dietitian with nearly 10 years of experience helping adults and teens improve their health through realistic, sustainable changes. Nutrition can feel overwhelming with so much conflicting information, it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure where to start. I specialize in heart-healthy diets, weight management, plant-based eating, digestive health (including diverticulitis, pancreatitis, and dysphagia), sports nutrition, and improving your relationship with food. My passion is meeting people where they are, helping them feel supported, and guiding them toward goals that truly fit their lifestyle.

I believe in making nutrition practical, not complicated. My approach blends education, motivational interviewing, and realistic goal-setting to help you create lasting change. I don’t just hand you a list of ā€œrulesā€, I work alongside you to find solutions that feel doable, enjoyable, and sustainable. I also practice what I teach, so I understand the challenges of maintaining healthy habits in real life. Think of our sessions as a friendly conversation where your goals and concerns are heard, respected, and turned into a clear plan forward.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, current eating patterns, lifestyle, and what’s been getting in the way of your progress. I’ll answer your questions, address any nutrition myths or misconceptions you’ve heard, and help you identify your top priorities. Together, we’ll set realistic, achievable goals so you leave feeling motivated, confident, and on the right path toward better health.
