About Ryan

I’m a Registered Dietitian who believes real change comes from simple habits done consistently. My path into nutrition started personally — after a high-school breakup, I threw myself into the gym without guidance and ended up gaining weight, struggling with blood sugar crashes, GI issues, and fatigue that made my pre-med studies nearly impossible. When no one had answers, I began rebuilding my health from scratch, which ultimately transformed my career. Clinically, I’ve worked across medicine, surgery, pediatrics, oncology, cardiac care, and critical care, and I’ve managed clinical trials in Boston focused on healthy aging and longevity. These experiences showed me what truly works and reinforced how individual health really is.

Approach to care

My coaching style blends tough love and compassion. Tough love means I’ll remind you what you’re capable of and challenge you to take meaningful steps forward. Compassion means I’m right there with you for any roadblocks. I cut through the noise and help you focus on the habits that actually move the needle for your goals. My approach is simple, science-based, and centered on habits that fit your lifestyle. I care about improving energy, supporting metabolic health, and helping you build the kind of long-term consistency that makes health straightforward.

Your first session with Ryan

Your first session is all about getting to know you- your routines, challenges, goals, and what hasn’t worked in the past. We’ll talk through your current nutrition, energy levels, digestion, stress, movement, sleep, and anything else that impacts your day-to-day wellbeing. Together, we’ll use this information to identify a few high-impact habits to start with. You’ll walk away with a clear, personalized plan that feels doable, supportive, and aligned with your goals. My job is to make the path forward simple and achievable.
