With experience in sports nutrition, eating disorder recovery, heart health, I’m here to support you through every phase of your wellness journey. I believe in healthy at every size approach to health. Whether you're training for a big goal, navigating family nutrition, or working to heal your relationship with food, I offer personalized nutrition coaching to help you feel empowered, not restricted.
