About Sabrina

Sabrina has experience working in multiple area of nutrition including pediatrics, eating disorder care and sports nutrition. The other half of her career is in coaching. Sabrina coaches triathletes of all ages and abilities and cross country and track at the high school level.

Approach to care

Sabrina is passionate about helping others make sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes. She believes that knowledge is power and wants everyone she works with to understand the "whys" behind nutrition. Sabrina loves helping people fuel their workouts better, improve their relationships with food and become the best healthiest versions of themselves.

Your first session with Sabrina

Sabrina will take time to learn about your background and history and explore your goals. You will talk about important medical background as it pertains to nutrition, what your nutrition and diet looks like, as well as lifestyle pieces such as exercise and sleep. You will discuss steps to move forward towards your goals at each session.

Hobbies

Sabrina enjoys training for triathlons which includes swimming, biking, and running. Her favorite distance is the half Ironman distance - a 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike ride and 13.1 mile run! She also enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs and running with them.
